Zipzap simplifies access to professional expertise through AI-driven agents in legal, HR, and finance domains. The mission is to make professional services more accessible and affordable.
The Problem
I consulted asynchronously with the client to define the issue, conducted industry research, and engaged target users. This approach pinpointed the root cause and set clear implementation guardrails. Key problems identified were:

A web and desktop application that provides teams and organizations with specialized AI, ready-made prompting templates, and advanced knowledge management features, automatically connecting and summarizing topics and ideas across multiple threads.
